We provide modern solutions for agriculture
The technology of storage in polymer sleeves is based on the absence of oxygen, due to isolation from atmospheric air. The vital activity of microorganisms stops, and pests die.
Using this technology does not require large costs for the construction and maintenance of storage facilities. Today, this technology is used in many countries of the world every year to store all types of fodder and dry grain.
"SERVISAGRO-UKRAINE" LLC provides professional services for the procurement of fodder.

Safe storage
Modern technologies
Advantages of storage technology in polymer sleeves:
✔Small section of the sleeve: allows you to observe the required speed of selection.
✔Choice of raw materials: the ability to store any type of feed in the sleeve.
✔The location of the sleeve: the organization of the site does not require large labor costs.
✔Low capital costs: you can pack as much as you need, not as much as storage allows.
✔High productivity: the sleeve is filled as quickly as possible, which minimizes the impact of air on the feed.
✔Storage period: up to a year without reducing the nutritional value of the feed.
Advantages of roll storage technology:
✔ Opening one bale does not affect the rest of the harvested fodder in any way
✔ It is possible to store different types of hay, cereal, and leguminous hay in rolls
✔ Storage is not needed, you can store it in any convenient place, as the dimensions of one roll are not large
✔ This technology does not require large investments
✔ Even with long-term storage, the feed inside the agrostretch film remains of high quality regardless of the season
✔ The relatively small size and weight of the bale make it easier to transport it
✔ Harvesting does not depend on weather conditions, it can always be suspended until the onset of favorable weather
The process of harvesting with a silage press:
● The mass goes to the rotor, which feeds it into the press tunnel and is unloaded onto the depositing table.● The loaded mass on the conveyor moves to the pressing rotor.● The rotor pushes the fodder through the tunnel into the polymer sleeve (the silage mass is pressed).● After it is completely filled, the bag is immediately sealed.
The process of procurement by a screw-type packer:
● With the help of a telescopic loader, the mass is fed into the receiving hopper of the packer.● Forage is rammed into a polymer sleeve with the help of an auger, which is put on the tunnel.
The process of harvesting with a roller flattener:
● Feeding wet grain: wet grain is fed into the receiving hopper of the thresher.
● Grinding: the mass falls on rollers with special notches and is crushed.
● Tamping: the flattened mass is rammed into a polymer sleeve with the help of an auger.
The process of harvesting hay into rolls:
● Rolls with the required moisture are collected by a baler on which an applicator is installed for applying the inoculant
● The wrapping technique involves wrapping the rolls in agro-stretch film on the field or at their storage place
● Loading and unloading operations are carried out with grippers for rolls
● Application of technology of storage in rolls allows to ensure optimal conditions for keeping hay, which is an important aspect in achieving high livestock productivity.
Soilage
Hay is a fodder preserved in anaerobic conditions, which is prepared from herbs grown to a moisture content of 45-55%.
Anaerobic conditions, i.e. displacement of air together with physiological dryness of the mass, contribute to the formation of a high concentration of CO2, ensuring the development of lactic acid fermentation and preservation of the mass.
The development of mold fungi is eliminated by careful isolation of the crushed mass from the air. Without air access, the respiration of plant cells stops and the possibility of strong heating of the plant mass is eliminated. To preserve dried fodder, it must be isolated from oxygen, that is, put in airtight storage.
The most important thing in the process of making hay is the correct preparation. For this, it is necessary to comply with three main conditions:
● Proper compaction of the ensiled mass.
● Ensuring anaerobic conditions during the development of lactic acid bacteria.
● Protection of silage from weather conditions throughout the year.
Silage
Corn silage is not just one of the components of a cow's diet, but a complete multi-component feed. Silage contains a large amount of amino acids and vitamin C. It also contains organic fats and carbohydrates, which are easily absorbed and therefore especially valuable. Corn is rich in starch, which promotes rapid weight gain. A large amount of glucose significantly increases the yield of cows. When mixed with other feeds, such as hay, silage improves their digestibility.
When harvesting corn silage, it is most important to ensure the absence of oxygen access and a high density of the entire mass. This can be achieved by placing silage in polymer sleeves. This will ensure long-term storage of feed with minimal loss of nutritional properties.
Ivy corn (cornage)
Ivy corn (cornage) is suitable for all types of cattle, including young animals. It stimulates taste and increases the consumption of dry matter, which leads to increased production of milk, protein, fat and meat. Product quality can increase by up to 20%. In order to obtain high-quality cornage, it is necessary to follow the following technological rules: the degree of grinding, the ideal moisture content of the grain and the addition of a preservative (bacteria).
Technology of storage in polymer sleeves
Recently, agricultural producers increasingly use the technology of storage in polymer sleeves. Laying wet corn grain in polymer sleeves is carried out with the help of special mobile roller flatteners. This technology ensures long-term storage of feed with minimal loss of nutritional properties.
Beet pulp
Beet pulp is a valuable feed for cattle, which contains the necessary vitamins and useful trace elements. Carbohydrates in the pulp are quickly digested, and proteins contribute to the growth of young animals and increase the productivity of adult cattle.
Storage quality of beet pulp
Important factors affecting the quality of fodder during storage are the degree of tamping and tightness. For long-term storage, beet pulp is placed in polymer sleeves. This technology provides optimal conditions for preserving nutritional properties and prevents feed spoilage.
Beer shot
Brewer's dregs are a valuable by-product of brewing that are high in protein and fiber. Wet beer grain is a sterile product made from high-quality food grain. This natural, ecologically clean and biologically active feed for animals does not contain chemical impurities.
Benefits for cattle
Brewer's grain is a high-value fodder for cattle. It is especially useful for dairy cows, as it is rich in protein and energy, which helps increase milk production. In addition, beer grist is suitable for fattening cattle of meat breeds.
Storage of beer groats
Wet beer grain has one weak point - shelf life. In summer, it should be used for two to five days, in winter - for about two weeks. However, wet beer groats can be stored longer in sleeves, which allows you to preserve its nutritional properties for a long time.
Dry grain
The main principle of dry grain storage is to maintain a controlled environment with a low oxygen content and a high concentration of carbon dioxide (CO2). This ensures preservation, temperature control of the grain, and also prevents the reproduction of insects and fungi.
Grain is a living organism, so it must be healthy, clean, without mechanical damage. The moisture content of the stored grain should not exceed the basic values.
Grain storage in polymer sleeves
Grain in sleeves is a storage technology that combines low cost and high quality. This technology provides optimal conditions for preserving the nutritional properties of grain for a long time, preventing spoilage and preserving its valuable characteristics.
Corn paste
Corn paste is crushed wet corn grain processed into flour using a special unit. This feed with a moisture content of up to 45% provides animals with uniform energy saturation throughout the day, increasing the glucose content in the blood of cows. This helps to increase the fat content of milk and increase milk yield.
Corn paste has a high nutritional value and provides increased commercial productivity of animals due to high digestibility of up to 95%, which exceeds even compound feed.
